Thanks to their expertise, Booking.com’s travel partners are always in the right place at the right time to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. That’s why the 2025 Traveller Review Awards were all about recognising how top-rated partners perfect the unexpected.
The annual campaign rewards Booking.com’s most highly rated partners, recognising a record-breaking 1.71 million winners this year with personalised award kits to showcase their accomplishments. The campaign took a fresh creative direction for 2025, inspired by the moments of magic that happen when partners and travellers interact.

The cross-channel campaign reached partners on paid, owned and earned channels (including email, banner ads, paid social and editorial) to guide them to a landing page where they can access their digital award kit. At the heart of the campaign was a hero film highlighting how partners transform unexpected surprises into memorable moments, as well as four spotlight films starring real partners and an animated explainer to help partners make the most of their award kits.
The campaign launched in January 2025, and results are overwhelmingly positive. The hero film has drawn an audience of 344K+, a 125% increase year over year. In less than a month, the campaign achieved over 2,283 pieces of global media coverage, with 37% featured in top-tier outlets. The campaign was also recognised with three Platinum Muse awards 2025.
